But Menards is just a retail store, so noone can provide that info. That said, there will always be those employees who just want to do as little as possible and not assist guests. On the guest side of things, there are some really horrible people who just treat others very badly.

All the big box stores will carry the same levels of products for plumbing fixtures. Their fixtures are usually good enough for residential use.
